We cater parties of 10, 100, or 1,000 people. You can have it as simple as appetizers delivered for your cocktail party, to 20 people luncheon meetings or 200 people wedding to 1000 people corporate picnic. Most of our catered events are done as an "All you can eat" basis, buffet style - 2 hours on-site. We custom design the menu for you and take care of every detail so you and your company can enjoy. All caterings are subject to 6% sales tax & 20% Gratuity. $200 Non-refundable deposit is taken to reserve your day. Your head count is due 2 weeks prior and your balance is due 1 week prior less your deposit.
Hayes Meats buffets are designed as "ALL YOU CAN EAT" basis. All prices are based on parties of 100 or more. 'drop Off' service is available for fewer than 100 people. We custom design ANY party or wedding. ALL CATERINGS ARE SUBJECT TO 6% SALES TAX AND 20% GRATUITY. a $200 DEPOSIT RESERVES YOUR DAY. WE ASK FOR A HEAD COUNT AND MENU SELECTION TWO (2) WEEKS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. THE BALANCE TO BE PAID IN FULL ONE (1) WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
$60 per hour fee will not apply during the apps & buffet if all the beer and wine is purchased from us ($500 minimum) We can also serve your mixed drinks
